Refund & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any hair extensions once the product has been opened, worn, or tampered with.
However, if you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll gladly review and offer a replacement or store credit if the issue is verified.
To be eligible:
- Hair must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, and untampered).
- Original packaging must be intact.
- Request must be submitted within 5 business days of receiving your order.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect hair selection (length, texture, etc.)
- Delayed shipping due to courier issues (once shipped, we are not responsible for delays)
We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet these criteria.
